SWEET TEQUILA MARCH 5 & 6
Sweet Tequila features Canadian recording artists Mychela and Randy J. Martin. Randy formed the band in 2004 with then leading lady Danita Lynn. The edged group has toured extensively in Western Canada for the past three years, performing clubs, casinos, rodeos and festivals, while sharing stages with the likes of Emerson Drive, Aaron Pritchett, Julian Austin, Charlie Major and others. Sweet Tequila's last duo-driven debut project, with previous lead singer Danita Lynn was produced in Nashville by Scott Baggett who is recently best known in Canada for his work with The Road Hammers. It also features the writing of both Randy and Danita Lynn as well a re-recording of the Harlequin classic hit "I Did It For Love".
Randy J. Martin has three full length CD's to his credit including the 1994 "Shootin' The Breeze", the 1997 release "Workin' Overtime" and the 2000 release "Beyond"/ Randy released a string of 8 Canadian top 40 hits which included 2 top 20's from 1996 – 2001. These singles were supported by four CMT video releases experiencing heavy rotation with the 1997 top 20 hit "Ain't Enough Hours". Martin's albums were also produced in Nashville, by Scott Baggett (The Road Hammers, Jeff Steels & Jason McCoy).

Featuring the talents of singer-songwriter Bob Cook on lead vocals and guitar, Dave Farhall on bass and backing vocals, Chris Durand on lead guitar and backing vocals, and Jeremy Seater on drums, Bob Cook & The UnHerd-of enjoy performing their unique and spirited music for people of all dimensions.
Bob is a prolific and poignant songwriter who has written over 300 original, quirky and catchy songs. He has recorded six original albums and performed in and around Alberta, Vancouver and Toronto, as well as Mexico, New York, Florida, and Montreal.
Dave is an exceptionally fluid bassist and harmony vocalist who has played with The Wowzers, Year of the Panda, and Quickus Evictus. Chris has been known to tear up the audiosphere with his lead guitar pyrotechnics, and has played with The Wassabi Collective as well as fronting his own blues band. Jeremy's intuitive feel and sense of dynamics on the drums helps invoke the tribal kookiness and cosmic craziness which BC&theU aspire.
Based in Edmonton, but facing south during winters, Bob Cook & The UnHerd-of! have been increasingly playing their upbeat brew-ha of Bomp'n'Roll music throughout Alberta to a growing number of zealous fans. They love to weave and Bob their own little take on the music of life, and look forward to bringing it to you soon!
